Geoff Quisenberry -
President, Managing Partner and Founder
Geoff has been surrounded by technology his entire life. His father, a mainframe administrator for a major bank, later launched a pioneering company that transmitted CAT scans and X-rays to radiologists at home—well before modern internet solutions existed. Working alongside him, Geoff’s early role was to assemble custom computers for doctors, ingeniously housed in Samsonite metal briefcases.

After college, Geoff became a Systems Administrator for a brokerage firm, where he gained hands-on experience building data centers to power fast-paced trading floors.
Seeing how this advanced technology would eventually transform everyday living, he launched his own venture in 2007, creating one of the first smart home showrooms.
That vision grew into Qsmrt, Inc., a company now renowned for delivering ultra-reliable technology solutions in luxury residences across Florida, from Naples to Tampa.

With over 20 years of experience in the audio, video, and lighting industry, Geoff Quisenberry has established himself as one of Sarasota’s most trusted experts in home technology. Having lived in Sarasota for nearly his entire life, he has a deep connection to the community and a keen understanding of the lifestyle needs of his clients. His career has been defined by a passion for design, precision in execution, and an ability to bring cutting-edge technology into everyday living spaces in a way that feels both natural and effortless.

Geoff is widely recognized as one of the best RTI programmers in the state, with an extensive portfolio of high-end to ultra high-end system deployments throughout the South Florida area. His expertise allows him to create customized solutions that seamlessly integrate audio, video, and automation technology, setting new standards for performance and user experience. Beyond his programming skills, Geoff also has an exceptional command of Lutron technology, making him a go-to specialist for advanced lighting control and shading systems. Thomas Christie
Licensed Electrician / Managing Partner

Thomas Christie is the kind of electrician who has probably seen it all, fixed most of it, and still knows exactly where the good wire strippers are. With decades in the electrical trade, including years as a supervisor before becoming the owner of TNT Electric Contractors, Thomas brings a steady, hands-on approach to every project. Based out of Myakka City, he has built a career around practical problem-solving, dependable electrical work, and the kind of real-world experience you only earn by spending years in the field. Whether it is a service upgrade, remodel, repair, or full project, Thomas brings old-school work ethic, sharp jobsite instincts, and a calm confidence that comes from knowing the trade inside and out.
Kabrina Vincent -
Executive Assistant and Operations Support Specialist
Kabrina is the heart of Qsmrt Inc., where she helps keep the day to day operations running smoothly through client communication, scheduling, organization, and administrative support. She is passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and bringing both creativity and structure to every part of the business.
Outside of work, Kabrina is a proud mom of three girls who keep life full of adventure and purpose. She loves reading, spending time at the beach, and finding joy in the simple moments with family and friends. With a heart for people and a passion for growth, she brings warmth, dedication, and authenticity into both her personal life and professional career.

Jason Casey -
Technician
Jason Casey is the kind of employee who brings a great attitude to every job. He is hard working, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work gets done right. Whether he is helping a customer, lending a hand to a teammate, or solving a problem on the fly, Jason approaches every situation with patience, pride, and a friendly smile.
Known for being easy to talk to and great with people, Jason has a natural way of making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. He believes that good service starts with listening, showing respect, and treating every project like it matters. His positive personality and steady work ethic make him a valuable part of any team.
When Jason is not working, he enjoys slowing things down and relaxing by the water. One of his favorite ways to unwind is laying out on the beach in a hammock, soaking up the sunshine, listening to the waves, and enjoying a peaceful breeze. For Jason, a perfect day off includes warm weather, good music, and absolutely nowhere he has to be.
Virge Enya -
Lead Technician
Meet Virgil, but everyone calls him Virge. He is one of Qsmrt’s go-to audio/video specialists and a true technology enthusiast. At around 30 years old, Ethan brings a strong mix of hands-on installation experience, system design knowledge, and a genuine love for making technology feel simple and exciting for customers. From home theaters and surround sound systems to smart TVs, networking, outdoor entertainment, and full-home audio, Virge enjoys taking complicated systems and turning them into clean, easy-to-use experiences.
He has spent years working in the audio/video world, learning the details that make a system look great, sound amazing, and perform reliably. He is the kind of person who notices the little things, whether it is hiding wires perfectly, dialing in speaker placement, or making sure every remote button does exactly what it should. Customers appreciate his friendly personality, patience, and ability to explain technology without making it feel overwhelming.
Outside of work, Virge is all about music, movies, and adventure. He enjoys playing keyboard, collecting vinyl records, testing new speakers, kayaking on the weekends, and hunting for the best local taco spots. He is also a big fan of live concerts, sci-fi movies, and spending time outdoors whenever he gets the chance. With his creative eye, technical skills, and easygoing attitude, Virge brings both professionalism and personality to every project he is part of.
Kurt Pendleton -
Managing Partner and System Designer

I bring more than 34 years of experience in the Audio, Video, Security, and Automation industry, a career that has allowed me to work at nearly every level of design, integration, and service. Over the decades, I’ve designed, sold, installed, serviced, and upgraded an untold number of systems. These projects have ranged from modest single-room installations to some of the most complex and award-winning whole-home designs in the industry.
My portfolio also extends to motor yachts of many sizes, where space, durability, and flawless performance demand true technical expertise.
What has always set my work apart is a commitment to combining artistry with technology. Every system is more than just equipment—it’s about creating an experience that enhances the way people live, work, and entertain. Over the years, I have been privileged to bring this philosophy to projects for an impressive roster of clients. These include legendary musicians such as Tom Petty and Bo Diddley, industry leaders like John “Papa” Schnatter, and renowned sports figures including Rick Pitino, Bobby Petrino, and Steve Spurrier. Beyond individuals, I have also been entrusted with designing and delivering systems for executives of some of the world’s most respected brands—Ford, Humana, Black & Decker, Papa John’s, Bear Stearns, and many more. Each client and project has challenged me to innovate, adapt, and deliver results that exceed expectations. One of my projects was even nominated for Electronic House of the Year, a recognition that reflects both creativity and precision at the highest level.

My professional journey has also included founding several successful audio/video companies across Florida, Indiana, and Kentucky. Each region brought unique opportunities and challenges that sharpened my ability to tailor technology to local needs. From understanding the role of climate in equipment durability, to navigating architectural and design styles specific to different regions, I have developed a deep knowledge of how to select the right products and services for each environment. This has not only helped me build lasting businesses, but also earned the trust of clients who rely on me for solutions that are both reliable and elegant.

Beyond the technical side, I take pride in building long-term relationships with my clients. For me, it’s not just about delivering a system—it’s about standing behind it, supporting it, and making sure it evolves with their changing needs. Technology moves quickly, but I’ve always believed that personal trust and commitment endure longer than any product cycle. That philosophy has allowed me to maintain many lifelong client relationships, some spanning decades and multiple generations of families.
In short, my career has been defined by a passion for excellence, a dedication to innovation, and a belief that technology should always serve people—not the other way around. Whether working on a simple single-room system, a multimillion-dollar estate, or a luxury yacht cruising international waters, I bring the same attention to detail, creativity, and integrity to every project. Sean O'Mara -
Experience Director and Business Development

Sean has been part of the entertainment world for over 40 years, and he brings that same energy, creativity, and stage-tested expertise to every project he touches. A lifelong music guy, Sean writes his own music, fronts a headlining band, and has spent years running sound, dialing in acoustics, and designing lighting for live performances.
Before bringing his talents into the Qsmrt world, Sean also built a strong technical background working with MCI and AT&T, where he was involved with T1 deployments, telecom systems, and customer-facing rep work. That mix of entertainment, technology, and people skills makes him a natural fit for designing systems that not only work beautifully, but feel great to use.
Sean is a true people person who loves connecting with clients, solving problems, and making technology feel less intimidating. When he’s not talking audio, lighting, or automation, you’ll probably find him watching sports, hiking a trail, nerding out over birds, soaking up nature, or hanging out with his wife.
Part musician, part tech pro, part nature boy — Sean brings personality, experience, and a whole lot of real-world know-how to the Qsmrt team.
Lydia Pendleton -
Marketing
Lydia Pendleton is a people-focused professional with a strong background in healthcare, insurance, and client care. She loved working with people and helping them find the best health options to fit their individual needs. With over ten years of experience in the medical field across various specialties, Lydia brings compassion, knowledge, and real-world patient care experience to every conversation.
She used to be a licensed Health Insurance Agent with Elite Insurance Advisor and is licensed in more than 20 states for health insurance. Lydia was also the owner of Wave Integrations, where she continued to use her skills in communication, organization, and customer support. Her healthcare experience includes working as a CCMA with Premier Women’s Care of Southwest Florida, where she assisted with patient workups, phlebotomy, and CPR-related care.
Lydia’s background includes studies through American School of Correspondence and Florida SouthWestern State College. Her combination of medical experience, insurance knowledge, and passion for helping others makes her a trusted guide for people looking for health coverage that truly fits their needs.
Labor Rates

Qsmrt is proud to offer one of the most competitive labor rates among high-end technology integrators in Southwest Florida. At just $150 per hour for standard labor, our clients receive professional-grade service, expert system design, clean installation practices, and dependable support without the inflated hourly costs often associated with luxury automation, audio/video, security, networking, and smart home integration companies.
The only exceptions are specialized services such as advanced lighting design, which may run slightly higher, while lower labor rates may be available through select extended service agreements. We believe premium technology should come with premium workmanship—not unnecessary markup—making Qsmrt a smarter choice for homeowners and businesses who want high-quality results at a fair and transparent rate.
